General

1. This is your home for the duration of your stay. Keep the property and its belongings clean and tidy (as you found it ​at the time of check-in)
   
2. Silent hours - 10pm to 7am. Make sure you don’t disturb the neighbours
   
3. This is not a Hotel and there is no regular housekeeping service

During stay / Checkout

1. Wash Utensils / Cutlery / Mixie after use
   
2. Keep the Utensils / Cutlery in the same place you found them
3. Switch off the gas stove and all electrical appliances like Geyser, Washing Machine, Kitchen Exhaust, Fridge, Lights ​etc., when not in use and while checking out
   
4. Don’t waste water. Keep the taps closed when not in use
   
5. Keep the keys in the lock box while checking out and inform the hosts of the same
   
6. This property has a 800VA UPS. Please use the sockets marked "20A" while using appliances like iron box, hair ​straightener etc. The fuse will burn if you use the other sockets - and the replacement will be charged.

Party

• Strictly no-smoking inside the property
  
• Quiet hours: 10pm to 7am. Don’t play loud music / make noise during these hours
  

Cleanliness

• Collect all the trash in the dustbin. Place all boxes and bottles in/near the bin
  
• Garbage will be collected in the morning by BBMP around 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM (They whistle during this time). ​Handover the garbage to them. Don’t keep garbage outside. Dogs/Monkeys will dirty the common areas.
  
• Pet parents - Clean up after your pet(s) and take care of the furniture
  

Safety

1. Keep the building gates closed at all times for your own safety
   
2. Use of illegal substances in the premises is strictly prohibited and can lead to immediate eviction / police action
   

Emergency

1. In case of any damages to the property, its fixtures, and furniture, please notify us immediately. The costs, if any, ​will be borne by the guests as informed while booking
